Modified silicone resin Paint based and heat-resistant black pigments for high-temperature applications <\/span>on metal surfaces up to 600<\/span>\u2013<\/span>640\u00b0C. This paint is ready to use, without thinning<\/strong> with a solvent.<\/span><\/p>\n

Paint that can <\/span>be used on various metal surfaces such as <\/span>piping systems, ventilation systems, fireplace parts, or any other part of <\/span>mobile or fixed equipment whose operating temperature can reach 600\u00b0C. <\/span> <\/p>\n

320HT surface-dries at room temperature and can be handled quickly. However, to achieve maximum <\/span>through-hardness, the coated part requires baking for at least 1 hour at 200\u00b0C. <\/span> <\/p>\n

How to apply<\/h2>\n

Learn how to apply high-heat paint<\/span><\/h4>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1761937081869{padding-top: 20px !important;}” text_direction=”default”]To avoid any adhe<\/span>sion issues during heat-up, the surface must be clean, dry, and free of <\/span>any contaminants, especially leftover paint and rust. <\/span> <\/p>\n

Sanding glossy surfaces is necessary<\/span>. <\/span>Also scrape off any flaking paint<\/span> and sand<\/span>. <\/span> <\/p>\n

FOR NEW OR RESTORED METAL<\/span>: Apply 4000<\/a><\/span>\u2013<\/span>667 metal conditioner, rinse and dry before <\/span>applying 320HT<\/span><\/p>\n

Stir well before application.<\/strong> All ap<\/span>plication must be done at a temperature between 18<\/span>\u00b0<\/span>C (64\u00b0F) and 27\u00b0<\/span>C (81\u00b0F) <\/span>and relative humidity between <\/span>4<\/span>0 and 70%.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ready-to-use system requiring no thinning.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

320HT paint can be applied with a conventional spray gun.
