Adding more EXTENDER is not recommended, as it will impact the paint&#8217;s total cure time. <\/p>\n<p>Prepare your project surface as you normally would with FUSION Mineral Paint. Clean with TSP and sand lightly with sandpaper. <\/p>\n<p><strong>APPLICATION:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Apply paint as usual. You will have more working time to refine your brush strokes. Once your first coat is dry, you can apply a second coat if needed. We recommend waiting at least 4 hours between coats when using EXTENDER.   <\/p>\n<p>If applying the second coat lifts the first, either too much extender was used or a longer cure time is required before the next coat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DISPOSING OF UNUSED PAINT:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Once FUSION Mineral Paint is mixed with EXTENDER, it must be used within two days.
