Parcel Delivery

 

Parcel delivery is free for online orders on colobar.ca of $149 or more before taxes. For orders under $149 before taxes, the delivery cost is a base of $15 + 10% of the invoice. Generally, we use Canada Post and Dicom Express (GLS) services to send our parcels.

Exclusions

1 The free delivery offer excludes delivery by Canada Post’s Omnibus service to very remote areas. 2 Some large or bulky products cannot be sent by parcel. These products are clearly indicated on the product page with the mention: “In-store pickup & delivery by our Truck (if available) only.”

In-store Pickup

 

The in-store pickup service is available for all products. The service is FREE; there are no order preparation fees. You can select this shipping method on the cart page. Pickup is available at our store at 357 boul. des Laurentides, Laval, QC, H7G 2T9. It is available Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (except holidays).

Local Delivery by our Colobar Truck

 

Our Truck delivery service is available within a 25 km radius of the store. The cost of this service is $50 per order. Deliveries by our truck are made Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Carrier

We use Canada Post and Dicom services to send our parcels. The choice of carrier is decided by Colobar according to the following criteria: parcel size and weight, expected delivery time, ease of retrieving the parcel if you are not home. For remote areas, we usually use Canada Post. The free delivery offer excludes delivery by Canada Post’s Omnibus service.

Delivery Time

We prepare your order quickly. If products are in stock, we prepare and ship your order within 24 business hours. To find out which products take longer to deliver, consult the product page on our site, where the estimated delivery time is indicated. Normally, carriers deliver within 1 to 3 business days. On average, based on our experience, orders are received within 48 business hours after the order date.
