Description
Nu-Lustre 57 Epoxy for Wood and Concrete
Product Description:
Nu-Lustre 57 UV-resistant
Epoxy for Wood and Concrete:
Nu-Lustre 57 (UV-resistant) is a high-gloss epoxy finish for wood and cement. A single coat of Nu-Lustre 57 is equivalent to 57 coats of varnish. NU-LUSTRE 57 is resistant to sun rays, remaining clear while other epoxies tend to yellow. It can be applied to wooden tables and furniture (indoors and outdoors), concrete countertops, ceramic, stone, and craft projects made with newspaper, magazines, photographs, leather, dried flowers, seashells, and many other items. Nu-Lustre 57 wood and concrete epoxy is ideal for outdoor applications, such as boats, paddles, fishing rods, and signs.
Instructions:
The surface to be worked on must be clean and dry, free of any dirt, wax, grease, and oil. Measure one part resin and one part hardener into separate containers. Vigorously mix each of the two components individually for approximately 2 minutes. Then, combine the contents of each into a single container. Mix again for 1 minute and pour immediately. Bubbles that form on the surface can be broken by blowing on them or by using a hairdryer or a propane torch. Allow to dry for 24 hours at 20 to 25°C, and humidity below 50%.
