Description
Passeport Elite 100% acrylic anti-skid paint
Product description
Exterior concrete or asphalt surfaces quickly become dangerous when wet or worn. Eliminate slippery surfaces with Passeport Elite Anti-Skid Paint, offering your surfaces an effective, durable, and aesthetic solution. Whether you seek to secure a pool surround, cement steps, or an access ramp, this product is designed to meet the demands of those who take their home seriously.
This exterior concrete paint stands out with its 100% acrylic formula enriched with a textured rubber aggregate (integrated sand), which creates a anti-skid effect from the first coat. It applies easily with a roller, dries quickly, and resists weathering, wear, and frequent traffic. With two coats, you achieve a safe, uniform, and durable finish.
It is perfect for a wide variety of surfaces: walkways, balconies, concrete stairs, pool decks, pedestrian paths, playgrounds, foundations, and sports courts. It adheres to concrete or non-tarred asphalt provided the surface is properly prepared. It is a product valued for its reliability, ease of application, and excellent value for money.
Please note: the temperature must be between 10°C and 60°C, the surface thoroughly dry, and rain must not be imminent. After application, wait 24 hours before light traffic and up to 48 hours if humidity is high.
Passeport Elite is the paint that protects, secures, and beautifies your exterior surfaces. A technical, proven product, designed to last. Do your work once and do it well.

Surface preparation:
New asphalt and concrete surfaces must cure for at least 28 days before applying Passeport Élite Anti-Skid. The surface to be covered must be well-drained, crack-free, clean, and free of dirt, debris, grease, or oil. Cracks and surface defects must be filled with an appropriate specific product (repair cement or patching epoxy).
Application of Passeport Elite anti-skid paint:
The anti-skid coating is easily applied with a brush and a 10, 15, 20, or 30 mm nap roller. Choosing a thinner roller nap results in a finer texture. Conversely, a thicker nap roller will leave a thicker layer with a more pronounced texture on the surface. Applying two coats is recommended to achieve a uniform texture and color.
Passeport Elite anti-skid Coating can also be applied by pouring it directly onto the floor in an “S” pattern, then spreading it with a squeegee or a 9 or 18-inch roller.
Generously apply 2 coats to well-prepared asphalt or concrete.
Although the manufacturer mentions wood as a material that can be covered by this product, this is only under certain very specific conditions and uses. We do not recommend use on plywood or wood plank decks. (When wood is exposed to water and moisture, it swells and causes the coating to lift)
