Description
98% Solids Industrial Polyaspartic
Product description
When you invest time to refinish a garage floor or exterior surface, you want it done right… and done once. Passport Elite 98% Solids Polyaspartic offers exactly what you’re looking for: a professional-grade product used by contractors, but accessible to those who want to do it themselves.
This two-component polyurea coating is designed for demanding environments: garages, industrial kitchens, sidewalks, balconies, commercial spaces, technical facilities, etc. Thanks to its highly resistant formula to chemicals, abrasion, and UV rays, it protects concrete or fiberglass surfaces against wear over time — without peeling, even in the harshest conditions.
The difference? It’s the same polyaspartic the pros use. You get a durable, attractive, and high-performance finish, without having to empty your garage every two years because the coating cracked or peeled. Plus, it dries quickly: foot traffic in 24 h, full service in 48 h.
Whether for an outdoor balcony, shop floor, workshop, or garage entrance, this polyaspartic applies easily (by roller or squeegee) and can be combined with decorative flakes to create a professional-looking non-slip finish. Its low VOC content makes it compliant with Canadian standards, and its high coverage maximizes your investment.
Passport Elite 98% Polyaspartic is the solution for those who want the finish, performance, and peace of mind of a pro — without having to hire one.

How to apply 98% solids polyaspartic for professionals
Preparation
The surface must be clean. There must be no dust, oil, grease, or other contaminant residue. If necessary, use an appropriate degreasing cleaner, such as KRUD-KUTTER. After cleaning, allow the concrete to dry completely.
Mixing
98% solids polyaspartic is a two-component coating, so both components must be mixed before application.
- Mix the 2 components separately with an electric drill equipped with a mixing paddle. Then,
- Pour component B into component A, following a 1:1 mixing ratio (e.g., 500ml of component A with 500ml of component B).
- Mix for approximately 3 min, always using a mixing paddle. Mix at low speed (300-450 rpm) to avoid splashing and heating the epoxy.
- Scrape the bottom and sides of the container with a spatula at least once during mixing to ensure all product has been thoroughly mixed.
Caution: Once the polyaspartic is applied to the floor, it sets in only 25 min. You must mix only the amount of product that can be applied in 25 min, not the entire container.
How to apply
Application consists of spreading the polyaspartic on the surface.
- Apply the mixture to the surface using a rubber squeegee.
- Then, use a roller to achieve a uniform finish and spread the coating evenly over the surface.
- To avoid overlap, joints must be made while the coating is still wet.
- When the 4-6 hour recoat window is exceeded, the surface must be sanded to create adhesion with 60-grit sandpaper and dusted before applying an additional coat.
Cleaning
Use acetone or xylene to clean spills and tools. Clean while the spill is still fresh.
