Polyaspartic for
epoxy projects, both
indoor and outdoor
EVOPOLY+ is a two-component polyaspartic coating for interior and exterior concrete finishing. Its highly durable finish is suitable for both commercial and residential projects: garage floors, pool decks, concrete patios, warehouse floors, and many other surfaces. This polyaspartic offers superior abrasion and chemical resistance compared to traditional epoxies, resulting in fewer scratches and scuffs on your finish. EVOPOLY+ provides a smooth, high-gloss finish that does not yellow, even when exposed to sunlight. It can be used as both a base coat and a topcoat. Polyaspartic coatings have a very fast drying time, allowing the entire job to be completed in a single day. EVOPOLY+ can be applied in cold temperatures down to -10°C.
Advantages
- High abrasion resistance
- Non-yellowing
- Chemical resistance
- Indoor and outdoor application
- Can be applied at temperatures down to -10°C
- Solvent and VOC-free
- 35-minute working time (formerly 25 min)
- Fast one-day set
Coverage
COVERAGE RATE :
- 4 Mils: 105 sq. ft. / L
- 6 Mils*: 66.5 sq. ft. / L
- 10 Mils: 40 sq. ft. / L
- 15 Mils: 26.5 sq. ft. / L
*A 6-mil thickness is approximately equivalent to a 13 mm applicator roller.
SIZES :
- Small (A: 1 x 473 mL | B: 1 x 473 mL)
- Medium (A : 1 x 946 mL | B : 1 x 946 mL)
- Large (A : 1 x 3.78 L | B : 1 x 3.78 L)
Uses
Residential and commercial projects
Workbenches, countertops, bars, pool decks, concrete porches, concrete slabs,
residential, institutional, industrial, and commercial concrete floors.
Not recommended for outdoor plywood. (This wood substrate is too unstable, and since Evopoly is rigid, it will crack with the seasons.)
For outdoor Evopoly use, a solid base such as concrete is recommended.

Surface preparation
Dust Removal
Completely remove dust from the surface using a shop vacuum. Clear the surface of all contaminants and fine concrete dust.
Catalysis and Mixing
Stir each component separately. Pour all the hardener (Component B) into the polyaspartic resin (Component A). Mix well for 4 minutes at low speed (300 to 450 RPM) using a drill with a mixer attachment. Avoid mixing at too high a speed to prevent bubbles. Regularly scrape the sides and bottom of the bucket with a stir stick to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Apply completely within the next 35 minutes.
Important
Proper mixing is essential for the hardener to act uniformly. The product must be applied within 35 minutes of mixing.
Application:
Pour the product directly onto the floor in several ribbons. Quickly perform the edging with a brush. Then, use a squeegee to spread the product, and back-roll (left to right, then front to back). It is important to ensure uniform spreading over the entire surface and avoid creating puddles.
How to apply EVOPOLY+
- Before applying EVOPOLY+, ensure the air and floor temperature is between -10 and 30°C and the humidity level does not exceed 85%.
- Pour the product directly onto the floor in parallel lines.
- Spread the product using a squeegee and back-roll with an epoxy roller in both directions, parallel and perpendicular, to level the surface.
- You can also apply the product using only a high-quality 13 mm microfiber epoxy roller.
- EVOPOLY+ can be applied as both a base coat (directly on concrete) and a topcoat.
- We recommend applying a base coat approximately 6 to 8 mils thick, followed by a topcoat of approximately 6 mils for solid colors.
- If your surface contains flakes, finish with two 4-mil coats to ensure the flakes are completely encased.
Note: If you apply EVOPOLY+ in very hot temperatures (35°C and above), the polyaspartic may harden in less than 20 min.
