Description:
Loft Metal Base Coat is the base layer for the Loft Metal effect. Combined with Loft Metallization, Loft Metal creates a very on-trend industrial look in your home.
Easy to use, it can be applied to walls, floors, countertops, and in bathrooms when using the appropriate protector.

How to apply:
PREPARATION:
Loft Metal Effect can be used on all sound, clean, dry surfaces.
On painted walls: Wash and rinse with water. Apply one coat of Wall Plaster Primer using a roller or a wide brush. Let dry for 6 h at 20°C.
On countertops: Apply one coat of LOFT Primer specially designed for countertops and wall tile.
If you want to completely remove the look of the tile, use Tile Primer & Smoothing instead.
Do not use on wallpaper. Do not use on PVC shower enclosures.
HOW TO APPLY:
Stir well before application. Apply Loft Metal Base with a stainless steel trowel or stainless steel putty knife in a thin coat, crisscrossing your strokes. Let dry approx. 8 h.
You can do a few touch-ups if you can see the substrate in spots.
Applying Loft Metallization is essential to achieve the final effect.
PROTECTION:
On countertops, floors, and in the bathroom (especially the shower):
Apply the LOFT PROTECTOR FOR FLOORS, SHOWERS & COUNTERTOPS.
Important The protector reduces the Loft Metal effects.
