The Osmo LED-UV lamp is available in 2 options:
- The “small” 5W battery-powered portable version, which requires 3 cross-passes on the surface to be dried. It comes in a sturdy plastic case.
- The “large” 15W 110V powered version which requires 2 cross-passes on the surface to be dried. It comes in a sturdy metal case.

LED Lamp Preparation:
- Connect the irradiation head to the control driver using the provided cable, ensuring each connection is properly inserted.
- Plug the power cord into the device, then connect it to a grounded 110 V outlet.
- Flip the main switch on the control module to power the system.
- Activate the irradiation head. Ensure it does not touch any surface to avoid burn risks.
- The equipment includes a thermal regulation system and will automatically shut off in case of overheating.
- Allow it to cool completely before resuming operation.

How to use the Osmo LED lamp:
Osmo LED-UV oil must be applied to the wood surface and buffed until no circular marks or visible excess remain.
Using the Osmo 395 nm LED-UV lamp, slowly pass the curing lamp over the treated area at a speed of approximately 5 seconds per foot, maintaining the lamp at a height of 10 to 15 cm above the wood surface.
