Allflor water-based floor paint (acrylic epoxy)
This acrylic enamel paint is durable, easy to apply, and enriched with an epoxy resin emulsion to maximize performance, all in a low-sheen, water-based formula for floors and trim. Its unique formula combines maximum color stability, breathability, adhesion, and resistance to alkalis, water, and blistering. ALLFLOR truly sets the standard for eco-friendly floor enamel paints.

Surface preparation:
Before painting, clean the surface thoroughly. Clean dirty surfaces with a strong detergent solution, rinse with clean water, and let dry until the next day. Remove greasy and oily substances and wax with a solvent to ensure paint adhesion. Remove any old paint that is peeling or flaking to restore a smooth surface before repainting.
Allow new concrete to cure for at least 30 days before applying a finish. Mechanically abrade hard, glossy, or trowel-smoothed concrete with an abrasive to improve adhesion. Curing agents and concrete hardeners can prevent the coating from adhering to the concrete if it is not mechanically abraded with an abrasive. Under normal conditions, acid etching is not recommended.
ALLFLOR requires no primer on bare wood. ALLFLOR is ready to use, but may be thinned with water (1 pint per gallon) for the first coat on new surfaces and for touch-ups on old coatings. However, it must not be thinned for the finish coat.
