Description
Sansin Multi-Wash is a concentrated biodegradable cleaner to be diluted. It cleans almost any surface and removes mildew, dirt, rust marks, etc. Sansin Multi-Wash cleans painted or stained wood surfaces such as decks, fences, and siding. Can be used on vinyl, fiberglass, concrete, stone, and masonry surfaces. Simply apply diluted Sansin Multi-Wash to the surface and let it soak in for at least five minutes. Then rinse thoroughly using a pressure washer or garden hose and watch your surface regain its shine. In its concentrated form, Sansin Multi-Wash can be used directly as a detergent in pressure washers.

Surface preparation

The surface must be dry
-
Temperature must be above 10°C and ideally below 25°C
-
Wet vegetation with water or protect with a tarp during application

Protect surrounding surfaces with polyethylene sheeting
-
Do not allow this product to come into contact with metal, fabrics, flooring, or patio furniture

Keep children and pets away from the work area
Applying Sansin Multi-Wash cleaner

Apply an even coat by spraying, roller, brush, or with a pressure washer

On vertical surfaces, start at the bottom and work up, avoiding runs
-
Do not let the product dry (avoid working in direct, intense sunlight or when the surface is very hot)

Mist the product with water occasionally to keep it active

During dwell time, you may scrub the wood with a deck brush in the direction of the wood grain

Rinse the surface thoroughly using a garden hose or a pressure washer that delivers clean water
Dilution:

12:1 For occasional maintenance of wood decks or other exterior surfaces

5:1 For cleaning before applying a maintenance coat on surfaces to be stained or painted
-
2:1 For removing stubborn stains, mildew, or heavy dirt

Mix in a plastic bucket or use directly in a pressure washer

Le patio avait une tenture à l’huile semi opaque J’ai appliqué les instructions de préparation et cela a donné d’excellent résultats. C.A.D. le Multiwash en 1er à raison d’une dilution à 1:10 + un lavage à la pression + 1 sablage avec une sableuse à plancher (dimension ± 10po x 12po) avec papier #40 . Le plancher est revenu au bois naturel!
Dès la 1ère couche de Sansin DEC le grain du bois est apparu de façon magnifique… je ne l’avais jamais vu comme çà avant!
