INSL-X Block Out Interior Primer
General description:
Block Out Interior Primer is a fast-drying, solvent-based sealer that effectively covers a wide range of stains, including those that are hard to hide with a water-based stain blocker. It can be used over the following stains: water, tannin, smoke, rust, pen, ink, nicotine, coffee, and many more. Block Out Primer can be applied to bare or previously painted surfaces. It dries in 30 minutes and can be topcoated after two hours.
Recommended uses:
Seals stains on interior drywall, plaster, or wood before repainting with alkyd or latex paints in any sheen level. Use to block water or nicotine stains on acoustic ceiling tiles. It is also an excellent choice for sealing soot and smoke stains on fire-damaged walls. It can be used with confidence for maintenance work in occupied spaces. This product can be used on exterior masonry surfaces and as a spot primer on exterior wood, shingles, and other composite materials.
