High-Performance Water-Based Interior Varnish (can be catalyzed) by Passeport Elite
Water-based urethane varnish recommended for all interior wood surfaces, such as floors, furniture, woodwork, doors, cabinets, etc. The Passeport Elite high-performance floor varnish is formulated with a superior aliphatic polyurethane resin, and its components are derived from advanced technologies. Its exceptional composition makes it a professional-grade, low-odor varnish that dries quickly and provides a durable and non-yellowing finish. Its abrasion resistance is excellent thanks to aluminum oxide technology.
Curing Time:
Wait 24 hours after applying the final coat before allowing light traffic. The curing process takes 7 to 10 days (75% cured after 1 day; 90% after 3 days). Replace rugs after one week.

500 – 600 sq ft/gal
Available sheens:
Matte, Satin, Semi-Gloss, Gloss.
To catalyze the product:
Ensure the material is at room temperature. Mix well with a stir stick before adding the catalyst. Apply 2 to 3 uniform coats following the wood grain. For commercial use, it is recommended to add 0.5 oz of Passeport Elite A.T. catalyst per liter of varnish to the final coat, stirring gently for 30 seconds. Wait 5 to 10 minutes before applying to allow bubbles to escape. Use the mixture within 24 hours of activation. After 24 hours, the mixture can be used as a first coat for another project.
