Product Description:
Bulls Eye 1-2-3 water-based primer adheres to a wide variety of surfaces that typically present difficult adhesion problems or high-gloss finishes. Surfaces like PVC, plastics, glass, fiberglass, glossy paints, galvanized metal, tile, or varnished surfaces are no longer an issue with this primer. Suitable for both interior and exterior use, it can be topcoated with various finishes (latex, alkyd, urethane, or water-based epoxy). Known as one of the highest-hiding primers, its superior adhesion allows application on most surfaces without sanding. It also remains flexible regardless of temperature, making it ideal for exterior applications.
Recommended use:
Plaster, drywall, siding, concrete, masonry blocks, wood, and previously painted surfaces. Can be applied to: PVC, stucco, masonry, vinyl, steel, galvanized metal, plastics, glass, fiberglass, glossy paints, and even varnished wood. It also bonds exceptionally well to hard-to-paint metals like aluminum and copper.

How to apply:
All surfaces to be painted must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, dust, or other contaminants that could affect the adhesion or appearance of this primer.
Clean the surface by pressure washing or using a strong detergent like TSP, then rinse with clean water. Remove heavy grease and oil-based contaminants with Krud Kutter. To reduce gloss, simply sand lightly and remove the resulting dust. Mold and mildew spores must be eliminated using a bleach solution followed by a clean water rinse.
Precautions:
Do not paint on very hot surfaces or those exposed to direct sunlight. Do not apply less than four hours before rain or heavy dew, and ensure there will be at least 24 hours without rain or high humidity after product application. Ideally, this product should not be used in bathrooms, pool rooms, basements, or areas in continuous contact with water.
Do not add solvents, oils, or oil-based colorants, and do not mix with other types of paint. Do not apply when air or surface temperatures are below 10°C, or when drying conditions are unsatisfactory. Protect from freezing.
